Receptionist & Executive
Assistant - The successful candidate must be organized, efficient, focused, and
able to interact with our clients and employees in a professional manner. This
person's primary responsibility will be assisting with various projects and
general administrative duties as needed. Position offers a fast paced
environment and growth potential. Superior communication skills are a must.
Bachelors or higher degree preferred.
Entry Level Environmental Engineer - Spontaneous and willing to learn a lot in
short period of time. Excellent communication skills required. Must be strong
in MS Office, including Word and Excel. You must be able to multi-task, meet
deadlines, and communicate with clients in a professional manner. JMK will
provide training to produce Phase I Environmental Reports in 3-6 months, while
at the same time training to be eligible for REA (Registered Environmental
Assessor) exam. Bachelors or higher degree preferred.
Engineering Staff I for Phase I
Environmental Site Assessment Department (5 + yr, CA REA I, or II or equal a
must) Bachelors degree or higher. Strong computer, verbal, and written
communication skills are a must. Individual subcontractors in East Coast,
Washington, Northern California, and Midwest regions are sought for per
project-based fee schedule.
Engineering Staff II for Phase II
Environmental Site Assessment Department (10 + yr, CA RG, PE in civil or equal
a must) Masters degree or higher. Strong verbal and written communication
skills are a must. Strong background in soil remediation and groundwater
remediation required. Individual subcontractors in East Coast, Washington,
Northern California, Midwest regions are sought for per project-based fee
schedule.
Marketing Manager for Site
Assessment Department and Real Estate Advisory Department. Highly creative and
enthusiastic individual with preferably a minimum of three years of experience
in the lending industry. Will aid in writing service copy, creating promotion
concepts, managing database, drafting concepts, and coordinating designs and
layout advertisement sales in literature and catalogues. A Marketing degree or
related experience required.
